Although the criminals that run most governments (U.S. included) make the laws, those actions which violate the human subjects whom are by these governed, are still indeed crimes against humanity and as such, for these actions, the executors of such evil can ultimately be held accountable.
A crack dealer is generally given fairly low rank in terms of their relative contribution to society. In reality, such a person, is (unless guilty of some unrelated crime) offering to his customers an opportunity to exchange some value for some of his or her product. This is free enterprise. It is the basic freedom to make one's own deals that defines the most basic of human civil liberties.

Nor is any regard given to the basic reality that ones accumulation of value in a free society the property of that individual. So far as the redistribution of this property is concerned, all such decision making is the right of that person.
When this country was first colonized, experiments in communism nearly left the native Americans an opportunity to have spent a longer time without European interference. History books have concealed this important fact by describing in place of these stupid experiments "an unusually harsh winter."
